Po da Paz (Paulo Braga)

IN PORTUGUESE

“Bread of Peace,” by Paulo Braga, brings together 195 recipes for this universal food. These are breads from 192 countries that are members of the United Nations. Wheat, sorghum, rye, oats, gluten… the ingredients are varied, as are the methods of preparation: baked, boiled, fried. The book was conceived by an amateur baker, professional photographer, and passionate pacifist, according to the author himself. This means that the reader has in their hands a richly illustrated book with bread recipes representative of each country and, as an accompaniment, messages of peace.
