(Sugar) C & H. Something About Sugar.

36 pp. Illus. from drawings and photographs. Pictorial color wrappers. San Francisco: California and Hawaiian Sugar Refining, 1929.

Photographs depict sugar harvesting and refining in Hawaii, while the text tells the history of sugar, the story of imports, and the process of refining. The last sugar refinery in Hawaii closed two years ago. Very good and bright.
